David F. Nilson is the founder and president of Nilson Worldwide, continuing the legacy started by his great-grandfather, D.V. Nilson, over 90 years ago. A lifelong member of the moving and logistics industry, David began his career as a teenager working in the family’s moving business. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience, he has built Nilson Worldwide into a trusted name in global shipping, household goods relocation, container drayage, and freight forwarding.

David is widely respected for his strong work ethic, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Under his leadership, Nilson Worldwide has expanded rapidly—building partnerships across the globe and delivering personalized logistics solutions to a diverse and growing customer base.

When he’s not leading operations or developing new logistics strategies, David enjoys the outdoors—particularly fishing, boating, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
